  • Acceptance Survey Form: 2025 Scholars will complete a Qualtrics form to accept their Academy invitation. Please check your email!
  • Course Preference Survey Form: 2025 Scholars will complete a Qualtrics form to pick their course preferences. This will be sent via email in April.

  • The following forms must be filled out and submitted by 5 pm on May 9th.
