| October 22, 2024 | MSA Nomination Information Session for School Counselors from 12:00-1:00 pm |
| November 1, 2024 | Student nominations and Faculty/Staff/RA applications open. |
| December 1, 2024 | Faculty/Staff/RA applications close at 5pm |
| January 11-12, 2025 | Zoom interview weekend for faculty and staff applicants |
| February 2, 2025 | Student scholar nomination materials are due by 5pm |
| February 14, 2025 | Selection Committee Meeting |
| Mid-March | Scholar acceptance/rejection notification emailed to applicants and nominators. |
| March 31, 2025 | Last day to accept MSA invitations to 2024 Academy. |
| April 7, 2025 | Class Preference and Teacher Appreciation survey opens. |
| April 12, 2025 | MSA Faculty/Staff Spring Training at the University of Missouri |
| April 18, 2025 | Class Preference and Teacher Appreciation survey closes |
| April 30, 2025 | Scholars receive their class and roommate assignments |
| May 1, 2025 | MSA Informational Sessions, 7pm |
| May 9, 2025 | Scholar registration forms are due by 5pm |
| June 3-6, 2025 | Faculty and Staff arrive on campus for orientation. |
| June 8-June 28, 2025 | MSA Magic Happens! |
| June 8, 2025 | Opening Day! Scholars arrive on campus, move in, and attend an opening ceremony. |
| June 20, 2025 | Teacher Appreciation Day |
| June 21, 2025 | MSA Alumni Day |
| June 22, 2025 | Family Day |
| June 28, 2025 | Closing Ceremony, 10am, Jesse Hall |
