| November | Student nominations and Faculty/Staff/RA applications open. |
| December 1 | Faculty/Staff/RA applications close at 5pm |
| January 2027 | Zoom interviews for faculty and staff applicants |
| February 12 | Student scholar nomination materials are due by 5pm |
| February | Selection Committee Meeting |
| March | Scholar acceptance/rejection notification emailed to applicants and nominators. Scholar registration opens. |
| April 9 | Last day to complete registration |
| April | MSA Faculty/Staff Spring Training at the University of Missouri |
| May | Scholars receive their class and roommate assignments |
| May | MSA Information Sessions, 7pm |
| June 8-11 | Faculty and Staff arrive on campus for orientation. |
| June 13 – July 3 | MSA Magic Happens! |
| June 13 | Opening Day! Scholars arrive on campus, move in, and attend an opening ceremony. |
| June 25 (tentative) | Teacher Appreciation Day |
| June 26 | MSA Alumni Day |
| June 27 | Family Day |
| July 3 | Closing Ceremony, 10am, Jesse Hall |
