Dining at the Mark

Scholars will eat all meals at The Mark, located in Mark Twain hall. Three meals and a snack will be served daily. Menus for each week will be posted at the front desk and on each floor. If you need pre-order an allergy-friendly meal, please fill out this form 24 hours in advance.

Weekday Dining Schedule

• Breakfast 7:15 a.m.–8:40 a.m.
• Lunch 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Dinner 5:15 p.m.–6:35 p.m

Weekend Dining Schedule

Breakfast

• Saturdays: 7:45–9:05 a.m.
• Sundays: 8:15–9:35 a.m.

Lunch

• Saturdays: 12:00-1:25 p.m.
• Sundays: 12:15-1:40 p.m.

Dinner

• 5:15 p.m.–6:35 p.m.

Med Staff

MSA medical staff will be available daily. If you are taking prescription medication, your medicine will be stored securely in the Med Staff room.

Monday-Friday

• 7:15 to 8:45 a.m.
• 11:30 to 1:00 p.m.
• 5:15 to 6:45 p.m.
• 9:15 to 10:45 p.m.

Alternate Weekend Hours during breakfast and lunch

• Saturday: 7:45 to 9:15 a.m. and 12:00-1:30 p.m.
• Sunday: 8:15 to 9:45 a.m. and 12:00-1:30 p.m.

Counseling

MSA hires a staff psychologist (Dr. Greg Holliday, aka “Doc”) to offer regular late afternoon hours. If a scholar is having a difficult time, they can reach out to their RA, their major or minor teacher, and the Coordinators of Res Life.

Religious Services

Scholars are invited to attend religious services in accordance with the following schedule, either as a practitioner or observer. A list of available services will be located at the Mark Twain front desk.
